Link Knowledge Base has been added to the Link system to answer various issues such as:

IMEI alert
Link can now create an alert and send email notifications when a SIM card is moved from its original device and starts to be used in a new hardware.
New notification system
A new notification system is introduced in Link Manager to get a better control of all notifications and alerts. All email texts can now be customized.
The purpose of the new notification system is to create better control and give focus on how and what you want to inform to whom.
Functions:
- Recipient groups
- Confirmation of notifications
- Warnings and suspensions within 10 minutes
- Customized email
New policy to block all communication
A new network policy that give the ability to block all communication for a VPN user access and Link Connection. For example, the function can be used to pause a VPN user access belonging to a temporary employee or consultant.
User interface
- Updated front page and sign in screen
- New color theme to create better clarity and user experience
- Link manager remembers the sorting scheme between sessions
