Can I get an electronic invoice?

Yes, we can send an electronic invoice to you through Pagero. Contact our customer service.

Do your subscriptions have a commitment period?

There are no commitment periods for AddSecure Link. All customers can go into Link Manager and cancel subscriptions that are no longer used. Prepaid subscriptions are billed in advance for the following month.

How can I get my invoice for Link?

There are two options:

  • Paper
  • Electronic

Unless stated otherwise in the contract, paper invoices are standard.

How do I change the billing address or billing reference?

Send your changes by email , so we can apply the changes to your next invoice. We do not reissue any invoices due to, for example, incorrect invoice references.

I have been invoiced for the upcoming month. Is that how it should be?

Most types of subscriptions are invoiced at the end of each period, but prepaid subscription plans are invoiced in advance for the upcoming month. For subscriptions, the fixed fee is invoiced in advance and any variable costs are invoiced afterward. All customers can go into Link Manager and check which types of subscriptions their SIM cards have.

One of my SIM cards has the wrong type of subscription. What can I do?

All customers can go into Link Manager and change the products for active subscriptions.

Some types of changes related to subscription plans go into effect the following month; for example, if the subscription has a lower level.

What does the CurrentTrafficType field means in the detailed invoice information?

CurrentTrafficType is a code for how much data a Link Connection has used.
