Link Manager

Important information about Link Manager. Two-way authentication is required from October 1

Dear Link Customer,

We strive to continuously improve the functionality and security in Link.

In 2021, a simpler handling of two-way authentication was introduced. The feature uses OTP (One time password) together with your regular password when logging in to Link Manager. The OTP code is generated using the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator apps in a phone.

The general level of threats on the internet is constantly increasing and we do everything we can to maintain a high level of security for all our customers. Until now, the OTP function has been voluntary to use, but from October 1, all accounts in Link Manager will automatically be upgraded to use OTP login.

We recommend that you and your company start planning and upgrading your accounts already today to prevent your SIM cards from being configured by unauthorized persons.

To activate the function, simply follow the guide 2.4. Activating Advanced Security (two-factor authentication)
