When the device is connected, perform an end-to-end ping from an active VPN user access to test the network connection.
- On a control computer, connect to the Link Network using VPN user access. For more information, see section 7.
- Open the command prompt.
- Ping the IP address of the selected VPN system access or any defined host behind the router.
If there is an error, check that:
- The equipment is turned on.
- The equipment can handle and respond to ping messages.
- The LAN cable is correctly mounted in the device.
- The installed certificate belongs to same network as the control computer.
