SIM Cards and bundles

Secure SIM is ordered and activated in Link Manager. All SIM cards is delivered non-active.
Inactive or paused SIM cards do not carry a monthly fee.

Link has four different types of billing plans:

  • Flex, this subscription uses a semi-pay-as-you-use model. The actual used data will determine monthly charge and is rounded up to the nearest traffic bundle. Only a suspension level is set in Link Manager.
  • Fixed, selected bundle has a fixed data volume and the subscription is suspended when all data is used. The bundles can be exchanged freely during the month within the selected region.
  • Fixed with excess data, selected bundle has a fixed data volume, but has no suspension and will use excess data charged when data bundle is consumed. The bundles can be freely exchanged during an ongoing month, within the selected region, to avoid excess traffic and optimize costs.
  • Pool with excess data, multiple SIM cards contribute to and share a pool of data, pool excess data is charged when the pool data is consumed. A common pool is calculated for all SIM cards of the same size and communication plan for all Link Networks. Pool size changes can be scheduled in the Link Manager and is done at the beginning of the next month. As protection against high costs, pools with subscriptions of 10 GB and larger can only use excess data + 20% of the pool’s total size, and then the pool is suspended until the pool has been expanded with new pool data.

Available regions

Link Connections user three types of regions:

  • Europe, available within all European Union and EES countries with roaming and use more than one mobile carrier in each country.
  • Nordic, available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and use TeliaCompany as carrier.
  • Country, only available in a specific country without roaming and uses Tele2 or Telenor as carrier.
  • World, available in +150 countries with roaming profiles 10 – 5 GB data, contact AddSecure for more information.
