Following new features are available in v2.5
New operator alternatives
As of this update we introduce two new operators to the platform. When ordering Secure SIM you can now choose between Tele2, Telia and Telenor to be the supplier of data communication. There are different communication plans available for each operator.
A full description of the different communication and rate plan options is available in Link Manager.
SMS notifications
Notifications can now be sent out via SMS in addition to e-mail.
Subscription pause
All subscriptions with maximum data of up to 500MB can now be paused at any time.
Communication plan change
A change order can now be placed in the system to change communication plan from EU+3 to Tele2 Stream or vice versa. The order can be entered into the system at any time and the system will then automatically make the change when the new billing period starts (first day of the month).
Password protection on VPN User Access
To increase the level of security, the user can now choose to activate password protection on VPN user accesses. When active, the user will be prompted for a password every time he or she starts up the user access.
Invoicing
The presentation of data when downloading the information regarding invoice in Link manager has been updated to be more user-friendly and to get a better overview.
