New features and major improvements in v3.7
Connection pools
The Connection pool concept has been upgraded with new features. Now, you can change the warning limits on the Connection pool and individual Connections within the pool. An important change is that you will now need to define and create your Connection pool before using it.

Audit log reports
Two new reports can be downloaded from the new menu Reports under Administration:
- VPN Audit log
- Sign in Audit log
Connection features
- SMS to connection. Now, you can easily send an SMS to the device directly from Link Manager using the Send SMS button in Spotlight or under Connection information.
- Cell ID lookup. Cell information such as MNC, MCC, TAC/NAC and CID is presented under Connection information. Available for Beta customers only.
Improvements for Link partners
- Editing of customer information enabled.
- Multi-deactivation of Connections via the Batch feature.
Other essential new features and improvements
- Support for EID (Embedded Identity Document). The EID number is a 32-digit number to support eSIM.
- Search function also includes search for EID.
- Improved detection of aggressive Connections.
